Regression

Single and multiple linear regression to find correlations across variables. Detect trends in a measured value while accounting for factors like temperature, settings, and more.

Anomaly Detection

Isolation Forest detection automatically finds and flags anomalies in your data — no manual rule-writing required.

Gradient Boosting

Predict pass/fail, bin numbers, and measured values. Detect units that are out of family with peers in the same phase (hot/cold) or production batch.

Neural Networks

For swept measurements like RF sweeps, neural networks learn from thousands of plots and predict whether a new plot is in-family or out-of-family.

AI Chat

Generative AI is a transformational technology. Its natural-language interface makes it uniquely useful for interacting with complex data.

We’ve added an AI chat button directly into the VANTAGE web application. It uses an external LLM provider to interpret natural-language instructions from the user.

We have benchmarked and tested with models from Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI, Google, Meta, and NVIDIA.

Only summary and markdown data is sent to the LLM — analysis runs inside VANTAGE. For customers with data-governance concerns, you can run an open-source model on your own enterprise servers. Performance and accuracy from these free models has been more than acceptable for most use cases.
